Sunny Alexander

Sunny Alexander is a proud graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering and commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer. She served six years on active duty, beginning at Fort Bragg where she attended Airborne School (yes—jumping out of perfectly good airplanes) and met her husband, Jordan. Her final assignment at Fort Belvoir included the honor of supporting Gold Star Families and Wounded Warriors—an experience that shaped her lifelong commitment to service.

After the Army, Sunny earned a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication from Austin Peay University. Her husband’s final assignment with USSOCOM brought their family to Tampa, which became home after Jordan retired following 22 years of service, including 15 in Special Forces.

Sunny is a community leader, serving in Rotary and West Point alumni organizations, and supporting local nonprofits. In real estate, she is a Licensed REALTOR®, Licensed Broker, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). As Operating Broker for Sentry Residential (2021–2023), she tripled the number of active REALTORS® statewide and earned Broker of the Year (2022). Consistently ranked among the top 5% in Tampa Bay, she is known for strategic pricing, trusted advocacy, and delivering results with integrity.
