Fulfillment Partner

All products sold through the MORE Store are printed, packaged, and shipped by Printful, Inc. (“Printful”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment, shipping, and return services are managed by Printful in accordance with their own Terms of Service and Return Policy.
Military Operated Real Estate (MORE) is not responsible for delays, product availability, or damages once the order has been transferred to Printful for fulfillment.

Payment Processing

Payments for MORE Store purchases are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”).
Your use of Stripe’s payment services is governed by the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
MORE does not store complete payment card information. All transactions are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided by Printful and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and order volume.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

All merchandise offered through the MORE Store is produced on demand and therefore non-returnable, except in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
All return and refund requests are governed by Printful’s Return Policy.
Customers must contact Support@MORE-Agent.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
MORE will coordinate with Printful to resolve eligible issues but is not responsible for approving or issuing refunds directly.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product details and pricing. However, colors, sizes, and designs may vary slightly due to printing and screen differences.
MORE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace items without notice.

Intellectual Property

Shipping Policy

All merchandise ordered through the Military Operated Real Estate (MORE) Store is printed, packaged, and shipped by Printful, Inc. (“Printful”), our authorized fulfillment partner. Shipping costs are kept transparent in tiers on the Shop website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:

Fulfillment and Processing Time
Orders are custom-produced after payment is received. Average fulfillment time is 3–7 business days, but may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and product type.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping time for most U.S. orders is 5–10 business days after fulfillment. International delivery times vary by region and carrier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier performance.

Shipping Regions
The MORE Store currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability may expand in the future.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, Printful will issue a tracking number via email. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on production location or stock availability.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier confirmation of delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Admin@MORE-Agent.com. We will coordinate with Printful to help resolve the issue.

Printful Shipping Terms
All shipments are governed by Printful’s Shipping Policy.

Return and Refund Policy

All merchandise offered through the Military Operated Real Estate (MORE) Store is produced on demand by Printful, Inc. (“Printful”). Because products are made specifically for each order, returns are limited to specific cases as described below.

Return Eligibility
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Non-Returnable Items

Buyer’s remorse

Responsibility
Printful is responsible for production quality and order fulfillment. Military Operated Real Estate (MORE) will assist with communication but does not directly approve or issue refunds.
