Hawai'i MORE Certified Agents:
Anthony Cox
I'm Anthony Cox, a U.S. Army veteran, real estate professional, and founder of The Cox Group on Oahu.
In 2020, my wife Brandy and I took a leap of faith, moving our four children from Idaho to Hawaii to build the life we'd always dreamed of. That experience shaped my passion for helping others find a place to call home.
As a military veteran, I understand the challenges of relocation and the importance of having someone you can trust throughout the process. I specialize in helping military families, relocating buyers, and those seeking second homes or investment properties navigate Oahu's real estate market.
Recognized as a Top 500 agent on Oahu and a two-time Aloha Aina Award nominee, I bring hands-on support, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset to every transaction.
My goal is simple: to make your real estate experience as smooth and successful as possible.

Zoar Morales
Zoar grew up in Arizona but was always drawn to the peace and beauty of Hawaiʻi. He spent much of his childhood visiting family on the islands and later returned to honeymoon with his high school sweetheart—and now business partner— Samantha. After graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and training as a Naval Aviator with the U.S. Marine Corps, Zoar and Samantha moved to Hawaiʻi on military orders and ultimately chose to make the islands their permanent home.
A West Point graduate and USMC Veteran, Zoar is passionate about helping people of all ages build financial confidence and make smart real estate decisions—especially when it comes to buying or selling a home in Hawaiʻi. When he’s not working, you’ll find him swimming at Kailua Beach, hiking the Lanikai Pillbox trail, enjoying spicy ahi poke, or serving at Calvary Kaneohe.
