Zoar Morales

Zoar grew up in Arizona but was always drawn to the peace and beauty of Hawaiʻi. He spent much of his childhood visiting family on the islands and later returned to honeymoon with his high school sweetheart—and now business partner— Samantha. After graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and training as a Naval Aviator with the U.S. Marine Corps, Zoar and Samantha moved to Hawaiʻi on military orders and ultimately chose to make the islands their permanent home.

A West Point graduate and USMC Veteran, Zoar is passionate about helping people of all ages build financial confidence and make smart real estate decisions—especially when it comes to buying or selling a home in Hawaiʻi. When he’s not working, you’ll find him swimming at Kailua Beach, hiking the Lanikai Pillbox trail, enjoying spicy ahi poke, or serving at Calvary Kaneohe.
