The MORE Certified Agent (MCA) certification is the entry point into the MORE system — built for real estate professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service to military members, veterans, and their families.

This is the first step toward joining the elite MORE network made up of the top 2% of military-affiliated real estate agents.

MCA Agents play a critical role by:

• Delivering white-glove service to active-duty members, veterans, and military families.

• Operating inside the MORE system using proven SOPs, CRM tools, and mission-aligned practices.

• Upholding the MORE Core Values (FITE): Fortitude, Integrity, Transparency, and Excellence.

Whether you’re a newly licensed agent transitioning from a previous career, or an experienced agent, the MCA certification is the core 25-hour required course that ensures you have the skills to:

• Build a referral-based network serving the military community.

Prerequisites:

• Active real estate license.

• Proof of your military-affiliation:

  • Active Duty

  • Veteran of the Armed Services

  • Military Spouse (must have been married during spouse's active service)

  • Military Child (must have been alive during parents' active service)

Requirements to Complete:

• Validate military affiliation

• Complete MCA courseware

• Successfully pass MCA final exam

• Provide proof of 3 x VA loan transactions. May use transactions from up to the past 12 months. If you're having difficulty getting military referrals, contact MORE to be set up with a mentor which can help you through your first 3 transaction so you can complete your certification, and start receiving your own referrals.
