MORE Certified Agent (MCA) Training

The MORE Certified Agent (MCA) certification is the foundational credential for real estate professionals who are mission-driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to military clients.

This is the first step in becoming part of the elite MORE real estate network — The top 2% of agents trained to serve those who serve.

MCA Agents play a critical role by:

• Delivering white-glove real estate service to active-duty military members, veterans, and their families.

• Operating within the MORE system of SOPs, CRM tools, and mission-aligned practices.

• Upholding the MORE Core Values: Fortitude, Integrity, Transparency, and Excellence (FITE).

Whether you’re a newly licensed agent transitioning from a previous career, or an experienced agent the MCA certification is the core required course that ensures you have the skills to:

• Build a referral-based network serving the military community.

• Stand out in your market as a military-specialized agent.

• Fully understand national and state-level VA benefits.

• Build structure to confidently move through real estate transactions with ease.

• Earn credibility through both training and results.

Prerequisites:

• Active real estate license.

• Have proof of your military affiliation:

  • Active Duty

  • Veteran of the Armed Services

  • Military Spouse (***must have been married during spouse's active service***)

  • Military Child (***must have been born during or before parents' active service***)

Courseware:

• 25 hours of education focusing on core real estate transactions and VA benefits.

• MORE-led practical assignments that provide you with tools you can use.

Requirements to Complete:

• Validate Military Affiliation

• Complete MCA courseware

• Close 3 VA loan transactions. May use transactions from up to the past 6 months. If you're having difficulty getting military referrals, contact MORE to be set up with a mentor which can help you through your first 3 transaction so you can complete your certification, and start receiving your own referrals.
