The MORE Real Estate Apprenticeship Program (MRAP) is an 18-month, VA-approved training pathway built to help transitioning service members, veterans, and military dependents launch a new career in real estate — using their VA education benefits while earning income during training.

MRAP is the only real estate apprenticeship in the nation that enables eligible participants to receive a Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA) through the GI Bill while completing hands-on, industry-leading training under top MORE agents.

MORE apprentices join the network through a unique pathway by:

Prerequisites:

• Possess valid and current real estate license (Click here to learn how to earn your license during approved skillbridge program).

• Be eligible for VA education benefits under Chapter 31, 33, or 35 (Post-9/11 GI Bill, Voc Rehab, or Survivors’ Benefits)

Requirements to Complete:

• Complete MCA, AMCA, and MMCA courseware within 18 months.

• Successfully pass all certification final exams.

• In coordination with assigned coach, complete 20 x VA loan transactions to complete certification.
