What Is SkillBridge at MORE?

The DoD SkillBridge program allows service members in their final 30-180 days of active duty to train full-time with approved civilian employers while still receiving military pay and benefits. At MORE, SkillBridge participants gain a behind-the-scenes view of how a fast-growing, military-operated real-estate company runs — and can explore roles in Real Estate Sales, Marketing Management, and Business Operations.

MORE’s SkillBridge opportunities focus on real-world work experience, measurable outcomes, and resume-worthy achievements. Participants contribute directly to projects that shape our national network, support military families, and build the systems behind a high-standard real-estate organization.

With command approval, service members can train with MORE full-time for up to 180 days, gaining civilian experience, professional certifications, and a results-driven portfolio that strengthens their transition into the workforce — whether with MORE or any industry they pursue.

Whether you’re wrapping up a full career in uniform or separating after your first enlistment, the DoD SkillBridge program is a dedicated transition pathway that allows you, in your final days of service, to:

Steps to Start Your Skillbridge with MORE:

• Identify your available dates and select your program.

• Contact Military Operated Real Estate at Admin@MORE-Agent.com or 1-888-614-MORE (6673) to begin coordination.

• Contact your installation SkillBridge point of contact; the SkillBridge POC may be in the transition assistance office, education office, or other installation support office.

• MORE will provide you with additional information and help you through the process all along the way.
