Hi, I’m Lou Corti, a USAF Special Operations Veteran and Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with Compass, serving clients in both New York and South Carolina. With over 23 years of experience, I’ve built my business on the same core values that guided me in the Air Force — service, discipline, and integrity.

Through Military Operated Real Estate, I help active-duty members, veterans, and their families buy, sell, and relocate as they move from base to base — especially to and from Joint Base Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry market.
