Dan Lang—many past clients now just tell others to “Call the Colonel”--brings a mission-focused approach to real estate. After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps, he now applies that leadership and discipline to helping families navigate buying and selling homes.
Originally enlisted and later commissioned through the MECEP program, Dan understands relocation firsthand, having moved more than a dozen times. He now leads the Dan Lang Sells Homes Team, serving clients across South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
A graduate of The Citadel (1994) with a master’s degree from the Naval War College (2009), Dan also holds multiple real estate designations and has served in leadership roles with the South Carolina Association of Realtors.
Over the past four years, he has closed or supervised more than 2,000 transactions totaling $400+ million, specializing in military relocation, sellers, and residential homes—delivering a smooth, professional experience.
