Tyson Simonson is a Washington State real estate professional and Air Force veteran proudly serving military families and local communities throughout Southwest Washington, from Tacoma south, including Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and Kitsap Naval Station. Having served as an F-15 Crew Chief at RAF Lakenheath, Tyson understands firsthand the demands of military life, PCS moves, and the importance of trusted guidance during major transitions.

He specializes in working with active duty service members, veterans, and first-time buyers across Lewis, Thurston, Cowlitz, and surrounding counties. Tyson is passionate about educating clients on VA loan benefits and building long-term wealth through real estate ownership.
