The MORE Ambassador Program was created to solve one of the most overlooked challenges in military life: consistent, meaningful employment for spouses during frequent relocations. Military spouses often face interrupted careers and limited options with each PCS move. This program provides a flexible, remote opportunity to earn income by connecting fellow military families with trusted MORE Certified Agents across the country.

It’s also an ideal starting point for active duty service members interested in real estate. While still in uniform, they can begin building foundational knowledge and networking within the industry, setting themselves up for a smooth transition post-service.

We’ve been in your boots. Each of us on the MORE leadership team has faced the uncertainty of life after active duty. We’ve navigated the transition — from leaving the structure and purpose of the military to building something new in civilian life.
